¡Hola familia y amigos! ¿Cómo le van? Esta semana fue muy bien. Es loco que mi seis semanas en la CCM estan terminados.
BAHA
my Spanish game is still weak you guys! But I am so pumped to be
leaving the CCM this coming Tuesday! It´s honestly insane I feel like I
got here yesterday, I´ve made so many amazing friendships here that I am
going to miss. I am so stoked to see Arequipa and write home about some
random (hopefully chill) Latino that I have to spend all day with.
OKAY GET THIS.
My comp broke his foot playing fútball this week. Heaven help me.
So
keep me in your prayers... I mean him in your prayers. Maybe we just
started off on the wrong foot (SOS my sense of humor is going down hill)
because we are homies as of this week. Qizas, I will miss him. HOWEVER
I will not miss carrying his rubix cube around because he can´t carry
it with his crutches. Yes, my comp has a rubix cube. Entonces, the
struggle is real.
My homie Brayden Larkin is here y esta muy GUCCI tener el aqui.
Spiritual thought of the week:
This
week we were able to hear from Elder Richard G Scott, he spoke to us
about the power and importance of prayer. It was just what I needed to
hear this week. I know now from first hand experience, when there is no
where else to turn we have a loving Father in Heaven who wants to listen
to anything you have to say. We don´t need an appointment or even a
distinct reason our all knowing father will listen to us anytime and
anywhere.
I encourage
everyone to pray often, these six weeks I have prayed more than I have
ever prayed in my life. If you pray with faith to Heavenly Father he
WILL answer. Whether its a warm feeling of assurance, an unsettling
feeling of doubt, or even the lack of an answer which asks you to act in
faith. He will answer.
I am so thankful for all of your prayers I can feel your love everyday.
On a complete other note the Spanish word of the week is: Qizas
Pronounced: (Keez Azzz)
Meaning: Perhaps
OH. Also, none of you sent me a selfie with your favorite scripture... So, no somos amigos.
Well yeah, sorry there is never much to share in the CCM! Other than I am so stoked to bounce out.
PERO. I am also so excited to send you guys some pictures and even more so excited to send letters from Arequipa!
Alright, I´ll be coming at you next week from Arequipa guys!
Love, Elder Ma¨Y¨oy
♡♡♡I LOVE THIS BOY♡♡♡
